Great staff! So clean, so nice! Pay the extra and get the lakeview suites. Perfect location right on the water in the center of the city and in front of the marina, next to restaurants and shopping, and only 1 block from the funicular that takes you up to Orsalina and the stunning Madonna del Sasso shrine church. From there take the gondola to the top of the mountain for just ridiculous views of Lake Maggiore.

Hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. Location is great. I like to take a walk by lake after breakfast, it was comforting.

Property is on prime location , on the lake side close to the jetty for the ships . Staff was very friendly . Parking was available next to the hotel .Will come back .

The staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful. Upgraded to a room overlooking the lake and checked in early. Super clean. There was a major hailstorm in the night, but the staff were excellent in the morning to make sure there was no hassle. Would love to return.

You can't do much better for a central location in Locarno. The room was the perfect size for our group. It was very close to the train station, and everything else. The room itself was great. There was a great selection for breakfast featuring a number of local products. And during some of the hottest days ever in Switzerland, the air conditioning was great!

The location + the hotel personnel were great! The hotel was older but very cute and updated. The room was comfortable (AC!!!) + had several extras (bottled water + coffee + fruit)!! Breakfast was small but very nice (great cheese + fresh fruit)!!

The hotel is at the perfect location right next to the lake and have great views directly from the living room. The penthouse is very spacious, clean, cute and good facilities. Service was really good and friendly. And it was great value for money!

The location was perfect. It is on the lake, a short walk from the train station, funicular station, and across the street from the boat embarcadero and several bus stops. There are several great restaurants a short walk from the hotel that are lakefront, and the Piazza is a five minute walk away. The hotel is charming and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

The stuff was really nice and helpful. The hotel was cozy and located at the lake front, almost at the city center. We also enjoyed the buffet style breakfast. Overall we had an amazing time at the hotel.
